Project Sandra

Project Sandra is a new construction home in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, designed for a young family of five. Perri Swift Interiors was brought into the project early on to help refine the floorplan of the home and to design and specify all of the finishes throughout the home, with a particular focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. Designed to be the homeowners’ forever home, we opted for a timeless and warm color palette of off-white, white oak and walnut woods, with aged brass accents. Careful consideration went into the specification for each space to ensure that the materials and finishes would withstand everyday wear and tear without compromising their quality. The clients wanted a home that their kids could enjoy without any spaces being off-limits. The result is this beautiful, light-filled space that will look as good in fifty years as it does today.
